Retirement Ready - Financial Planning is seeking a driven and experienced 401(k) Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business-to-business sales—such as payroll or HR solutions—who are passionate about helping businesses and employees secure their financial future.

The 401(k) Plan Design Consultant is a key member of our team. 

You will be responsible for:

• Source and acquire new 401(k) plan clients through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Take over existing retirement plans, ensuring compliance and exceptional client service.
• Conduct discovery meetings and deliver tailored retirement plan solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and plan sponsors.
• Stay informed on retirement plan regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience (payroll, HR services, or financial services preferred).
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
• Knowledge of 401(k) plans, ERISA, and fiduciary standards is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
